With the rise of ChatGPT came the rise of 'thought leaders' flooding your Linkedin feed.

Coincidence? Maybe but probably not.

It's never been easier to wake up and decide to a sales guru, tell AI to write ten articles a day on sales, and boom - you look like the next Jordan Belfort.

The problem is however, everyone else who woke up with the same idea all come out looking like you, and you like them. Same content littered with the same emojis, but just under a different name.

You might get lucky enough to fool just enough people, or the right one who'll pay you for your AI-generated ideas, but at the top where we all strive to play is where you'll get exposed for being a hack. So, those comfortable enough with staying amongst the herd will live amongst the herd and never break through to any place meaningful.

AI is a great tool if used as a tool - like pliers to an electrician. But for many the temptation to outsource their expertise to AI is too great.

Own your voice, own your opinions and own your perspectives, and the more you practice this, the less you'll feel the need to relinquish your soul to AI.
